Here is a photograph taken by Stephen Ferrell of Fairfield glade. The photo was taken around 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 12, sitting in a tree just off Meadowview Dr. on Lake St. George.  

Mr Ferrell submitted an e-mail to the VISTA office with the attached photograph and had this to say, “This is the first sighting this year.  Each year between Christmas and mid January at least one Eagle has been sited.  I know that there are more in the Glade, especially near our lakes.  Keep a camera handy and you to might capture a photo of America’s most Majestic birds.”
